The Salvatore Semi-Automatic features a manual brew button to control the flow of coffee. Press the button to begin the extraction, press it again to stop the flow of coffee.

Features:

• E61 group with pre-infusion and thermo-siphon heat controller. The E-61 group head is actively heated by circulating water drawn off the boiler. This aids in the temperature stability of the machine.
• 1550 Watt heating element
• 2 Liter boiler with heat exchanger. Allows you to extract espresso and steam milk simultaneously. Designed to be left on for extended periods of time. The boiler walls are 1/8" thick of extruded copper, brass top and bottom. This critical component has a lifetime warranty.
• 3 Way Solenoid valve, this pressure release system exists to immediately remove pressure from the portafilter once your espresso shot is completed, preventing hot sprays and drying the puck of used coffee for easy and quick removal.
• Pour Over, no water line
• 1 Gallon water reservoir with sealed cap to prevent evaporation
• Hot water dispenser provides hot water quickly.
• Variable pressure stat allows precise control of boiler pressure/temperature. Easy to read gauge displays boiler pressure.
• Easy to use steam wand with commercial steam tip. Steam wand pivots to any position. Special 4 hole steam tip included as well.
• Low water warning light
• Automatic boiler re-fill is controlled electronically.
