Great ginder, consistant and pretty

"Great ginder, consistant and pretty quiet. A bit of clumping but I can deal with that. Not a huge fan of the way the grinds come out of the shoot, seems like i's easy for stuff to get trapped as you cannot sweep it out. But it adjusts to my needs just fine. Overall a pretty decent buy. Beats the **** out of the amazon grinder I've dealt with for a few years."

A lot of grinder for the money

"This is my first serious espresso grinder. So far I’m getting consistent grinds for espresso and my drip machine. Like my Silvia it is solidly built and looks like it will last for years."

Heavy duty burr grinder

"Just bought this grinder I am very pleased with it a real work horse for sure has the weight of being top quality too!"

Very Good Entry Level Grinder

"The Good: Works well and pretty consistent for the price. Can do Espresso up to a coarse drip. Some poo-poo the ability to fine tune the grind, (the steps are large, esp. for espresso) but there are mods to fix that shortcoming and make it perform as well as a grinder 2-3 times it's price. Parts are easy to come by and it's a heck of a workhorse machine. Fairly quiet too. The Bad: Holds a fair amount of grinds in the chute. Fine for drip, can taint a quality espresso. The pre-determined steps are limited, especially at the fine end for espresso and turkish coffee grinds. Beans get caught in the hopper on occasion, seems to happen more when it's almost empty and there isn't enough weight to force them down into the grinding chamber. also, the hopper has a finger guard that has 3 deep seated screws and beans get lodged in the recesses. Rancilio should have included plugs or designed the guard to set in there on pegs instead of screws. Very pleased with the purchase and what I got for the price."

Reliable Rocky

"Reliable, predictable precision, time after time after time"

Great little machine

"Just got my grinder and used it for about 4 days. Its grind is so fine that it is like powder. Great part about this machine is you can change settings is seconds. Easy just by pushing a button. Nothing fancy to trip you up with technology.....just one button. Love it."
