"Wow! I am pretty impressed with the #124 Ultima PRO machine from Capresso! Packed with features, including programmable cup buttons, and a self tamping portafilter. Another thing that I noticed after using the machine, is the great crema and HOT espresso this machine produces (very high wattage for a machine priced just under $200!). The machine feels very solid and looks great on the counter top with high quality plastic and polished stainless steel."

Delicious coffee, but not much of it

"This espresso maker is a huge improvement over my former (cheaper) model. The coffee tastes great--rich and smooth. My only complaint about this machine is that it makes a little, tiny latte. Who drinks an 8 ounce latte? The upside is that the machine is versatile enough to reprogram to get a bit more coffee from each shot, and the frother works very well. It only took me about 4 tries to come up with a procedure that will produce my 20 oz. latte."

what are the physical dimensions ofCapresso 124.01: L-10" x W-8¾" x H-11¾"
Does the Capresso Ultimo Pro use pods? I didn't read if Pods were mentioned. I use Lavazza pods, exclusively. Love them. I've had my Capresso (a "not too" older of a model) for awhile, but it seems to be losing its pressure. Espresso is on the weak side. I like the Capresso brand and would like to stay with it. A very good, nicely priced machine.: For use with espresso pods, we would suggest the Capresso EC300
