Trio Technology Explained:
The X1 Trio features advanced trio
technology for ristretto (short), espresso and espresso lungo with a turn of the
brewing handle.
The new Trio extraction group allows for greater versatility and the possibility
of obtaining the desired espresso with a simple and intuitive rotation of
the filter holder. The
patented TRIO head works by changing the rate of extraction by adjusting the
amount of pressure applied to the espresso pod. The same E.S.E. espresso
coffee pod can therefore be used to obtain three different results.
