Simple Brewing Features

Buttons with clear control lights show when your Via Venezia is ready to brew or ready to steam, so you can prepare your drink with the press of a button. A warming surface with six-cup capacity on top of the machine ensures that your cup will be ready for coffee whenever you are.

Frothing Tip for Perfect Foam

Like magic, your Saeco Via Venezia espresso machine comes with a stainless steel steam wand that will make beautiful foam just by slipping on the Pannarello frothing tip. In an instant, the steam wand converts the milk in your frothing pitcher to foam for lattes and cappuccinos. Mounted on a swivel joint, the wand conveniently swings aside and clean up is a snap. 

Perfect Espresso No Matter What The Consistency Of The Grind  

It stands to reason that the correct texture of the coffee grounds and the right pressure used to pack them, (know as tamping), makes a huge difference in the quality of espresso produced, a problem for novices on other machines. The Via Venezia’s heavy-duty pressurized portafilter does away with that concern by pressurizing the brewing chamber to improve extraction from the ground beans, promoting the perfect brewing conditions. The Saeco Via Venezia works with ground coffee or espresso pods.

Built In 68 oz. Water Tank  

The 68 oz. water reservoir is prefect for home and entertaining. You can brew a number of espressos and then refill the reservoir right where it’s at, even if it is still brewing. Simple to remove, the reservoir can also be carried to a faucet.  

Powerful Pump System  

This espresso machine boasts a powerful vibratory pump rated at 15 BAR of pressure, the same pump found on top of the line Saeco espresso machines to pull maximum flavor from the coffee beans.

Safe, Rapid Recovery Boiler  

No hot water, no espresso. The Via Venezia keeps hot water coming with a large stainless steel, 950-watt quick recovery boiler of stainless steel. This boiler also has burnout protection; a thermal fuse to shut down the heating element should the machine run dry during operation.  

Additional Product Information & Maintenance:  

In order to keep the inside of your espresso machine healthy; it must be periodically cleaned.  Scale buildup from naturally occurring minerals in your water can build up on sensitive components like the inside of the boiler, which left unchecked can cause considerable damage to the machine. By descaling your machine every two-three months, your machine will be trouble-free for years. Saeco espresso machine cleaner can be purchased from us or by calling the support number in your user guide. Descaling and general cleaning is important even if you have a sophisticated water filter system, and especially if you use well water.
