Q&A

Could I make one cup coffee?: The spouts rotate, when they are next to each other it makes two cups. When one spout is in front of they other, it makes one cup.
Can you create 2 product settings? My husband likes his coffee on the normal setting, I prefer mild. What is the maximum ounce setting per cup?: There are two strength settings and three programmable volume settings.
in addition to the bean hopper are you able to add ground coffee like several of the other Jura models?: Yes, the Jura ENA Micro 5 has a ground coffee byass.
Can this (or any of the Jura machines) make iced coffee?: You can put ice in a cup and then brew over it, I would choose a strong flavor setting.
what are cup sizes & strengths: There are three cup size buttons They can be programmed from 1 to 8 ounces.
