"I researched and researched for an affordable Jura and came across the 1st in Coffee site. I couldn't be happier with my refurbished Jura. Its just like new and is amazing. Joe and team were awesome after purchasing I wanted to make sure I would be home when my Jura arrived. They held the shipment to make sure I'd be home. And they are real, live people who actually answer the phone!! My experience with 1st in Coffee was absolutely wonderful."

"Perfect machine machine for a small household. Makes one drink at a time at a quick pace. Interface easy enough for house guests to operate, which is a big plus in my mind. When unboxing, put time into setting up the grinder and brew duration for each drink type. Great results from good beans."
