So far, so good!

I’ve only had this for a week or so but I’m addicted to the rich, flavorful coffee it produces with a luscious foamy crema on top every time. Love this product!

I bought a refurbished ena micro 1. Ordering, email updates and tracking information- all as u expected it these days when you buy on the internet. Machine arrived on day announced. Surprisingly there was no manual in the box but no big deal I downloaded the right one and set up the machine following instructions step by step. Then awaited moment - first coffee. Made a perfect looking, excellent smelling hot coffee. Great, right choice I thought and wanted to start "playing around" with my personal settings. In middle of grinding beans for second coffee, the machin suddenly made a very loud noise. Referring to the manual a case for cudtomer service. Found the same sound on a internet video from somebody else having the same issue. Called first 1st in coffee and then Jura customer service and left both, because of after hours, a detailliert message asking for a call back. Jura called me back next morning, very customer oriented and send me a replacement machine within a week which works now since one week great. 1st in coffee? Never received a call back. Seems like customer service ends with shipping out the order. 3 stars for price, pre and through shipment communication. Space for improvement, in my case, in dealing with problems. Thank you.
