"This amazing machine makes dense (full of flavor vs full of air), creamy ice cream and is basically foolproof. After trying a few recipes I’ve been winging it and each improvised batch has been superb. Definitely a splurge but also very worth it. I am particularly interested in augmenting the protein content of the batches I make and this machine blends ingredients like pea protein and whey without any compromise in flavor or texture. The 5030 is also fast - about ten minutes after turning the churn on you will be enjoying the results. It’s magic!"
