The Kony Sg grinder is the latest state-of-the-art grinder from Mazzer. It’s a low RPM conical burr grinder that’s precise exactly where it counts the most. It’s an ideal choice for either the home barista, or small & medium sized cafés because of it’s impeccable grind consistency, quiet profile, and the ability to produce repeatable, full-bodied extractions. Some of our favorite features of the Kony Sg are it’s professional grade built-in scale, beautiful 2.4” color display, and the grind flow control system.
Weight-Based Grinding
Low RPM conical burr grinder with built-in load cell designed to deliver precise and consistent doses while streamlining the grinding process. Silent and with low coffee retention, it helps to get velvety, well-balanced extractions.
Low RPM Conical Burrs
With such a stable, lower speed RPM the Kony Sg is able to be more gentle with the coffee bean. Additionally, a double fan cooling system and a split chassis helps to keep heat far from the grinding chamber, protecting the aroma and taste. Silent and with low coffee retention, the Mazzer Kony Sg can easily achieve full bodied, well-balanced extractions. The Burrs are made of premium steel, built out of Mazzer’s factory near Venice, Italy.
Built-In Scale
The grinder integrates a professional grade built-in scale. The load cell can be set to a hundredth of a gram for maximum precision. With the Kony Sg, you can set up to 3 programmable doses by weight, or by time, with an additional manual grinding mode. You’ll fall in love with the 2.4” Color TFT Display that offers an excellent viewing angle and comes available with 19 different languages.
