• 1.8 Liter stainless steel heat-exchanger boiler – Allows for simultaneous brewing and steaming
• Dual PID for Temperature Control: Temperature control adjustment to the degree

• 3 Way Solenoid: A valve that releases the brew pressure from the grouphead, allowing you to immediately remove the portafilter, in doing so, it also removes water from the puck
• Black back-lit manometer checks coffee delivery pressure: the green area, between 8 and 12 bar, indicates the optimal value and allows you to understand if the phases prior the brewing have been correctly executed.
• Programmable Pre-infusion: The Victoria offers programmable pre-infusion for further control over your espresso extraction.
• Manual Shot Control: Pressing the brew button starts the extraction, pressing it again stops the extraction.
• Multidirectional No burn steam/hot water wands
• Stainless steel - The appliance body is entirely made of brushed stainless steel, a metal that ensures extreme resistance to corrosion and heat. It's equipped with a drip tray with wire grate that helps to keep the worktop clean, reducing water and coffee residues.
