It's the aroma of fresh

"It's the aroma of fresh coffee that gets me before the flavor takes over. I prefer light to medium roasts for the caffeine they have and in terms of acidity, the Indonesian coffees have an edge that doesn't cause undo stomach issues. This Kenya AA has always been up there in my favorites but has become hard to find in the last few years. The aroma immediately sends images of (to me) wood or lightly charred branches of the plant in question. The taste is smooth and fulfilling and remains among my favorites. I place this very close to the coffees of Ruwanda and Peruvian Chanchomayo......"
