Excellent machine, excellent service
"I bought this machine for the holidays for our home and couldn't be happier with it. The controls are intuitive and easy and the machine makes the various drinks very quickly. Not only does everything that it makes taste delicious but its simple and enjoyable to use. The water fill, waste bin and cleaning are all semi automated and best of all CLEAN. Dumping the old coffee maker was always a chore but on this one the bottom slides out and pucks of dry ground coffee are left in a separate container from the water waste, its really slick. Once you get over the cost its very easy to see that the quality of the machine is worth what you are paying. I plan to drink Espressos and Americanos for the next 20 years out of this thing and enjoy every minute of it! Have to say thank you to the folks at 1stincoffee also as they were great to work with. I had originally tried to order a Gigax9 from the UK because that model had a frothing wand. Since the model is discontinued they sent a floor model to Jura to get refurbished but it didn't end up making coffee to their standards (standup of them to be honest). This left me with no Christmas gift a week before Christmas even though I had ordered the original machine 6 weeks earlier. I contacted 1stincoffee and they had my machine shipped out the next morning and to me the following day. These machines are usually price fixed from the manufacturer so finding a reliable seller is important to the overall experience. I couldn't be happier with them and plan to use them for anything I need in the future."
