Awesome Machine!
"My wife and I own a small coffee shop in SW New Mexico, we were working with just one small espresso machine that only had an external tank and no drain. We have gotten busy enough that it was driving us nuts! So the professionals at 1st In Coffee helped us find the Alex Duetto IV and what a difference it has made in our business day! This little thing is quick, and efficient with double boilers. And being completely plumbed in, it has taken most of those hassles away from us. We just rely on the original machine as a backup now for peak times. We highly recommend this machine for small shop applications!"
