Atitlan Review, Challenging for #1

"I recently tried the Guatamala Atitlan Whole Bean coffee and found it to be an excellent coffee. The aroma hits you on first opening the bag with what I am still trying to definitely put my finger on as chocolate. It brews well with I have to say a coffee fragrance that fills the room and on tasting, I still pick up a hint of chocolate/cocoa or something very close, but this is just me. I recently found Guatamalan Huehuetanango and hope to see it here sometime as they are very close in flavor. The Atitlan I can drink all day as I find it smooth yet subtle and doesn't give me jitters, but maybe I should drink some more. This is pushing my favorite, the Peruvian Chanchomayo, as my personal best."
