"I hadn't even heard of Cafe Vergnano 1882, Morbido "strength," until I had it at the Lakehouse Resort in San Marcos and just had to know which coffee they used. This blend has ruined coffee for me. It noticeably superior: smooth, nutty, deep without a single hint of acidity or bitterness. I found that blooming it in a French press for 2 minutes (while warming up the milk) to be the perfect balance. However, I've accidentally bloomed it for too long begore and it was still delicious - never bittet, just rich."
