"First, a big thanks to the 1st in Coffee folks for getting this magnificent machine to me. After ordering, it was discovered that the manufacturer does not ship to APO addresses (military overseas). 1st in Coffee went the extra mile, was able to find a work-around, and they not only got it shipped to me - they still gave me free shipping! Thanks, again guys. I purchased the Breville Oracle after I received a faulty Delonghi La Specialista Maestro that I had to return. Now, I’m glad that one was a lemon, because it lead me to the Oracle. Every review I watched on YouTube raved about the Oracle and now I know why. I literally had barista-quality espresso on my first try and was completely dialed-in on my second cup. The automated milk-frother produced better, higher quality micro-foam than I’ve ever been able to produce on my own and is as good as the best I’ve had from a professional barista. And you’ll receive that same quality EVERY time. If you have the spare change (it ain’t cheap), you can’t go wrong with the Oracle. I prefer the knobs and buttons over the touchscreen, so if you do too, you can save yourself a bundle by getting the Oracle instead of the Oracle Touch because they are otherwise, the same exact machine."
